Thomas Lui
Thomas Lui is the Executive Pastry Chef of the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong where he has worked since 1989. He has competed and medalled internationally, taking gold medals at Food & Hotel Asia salons in Singapore, the Salon Cuinaire Mondiale in Switzerland, and most recently at the Swiss Chocolate Creation Competition. Thomas has served as a judge in pastry events throughout the world including the National Pastry Team Championship in Beaver Creak and the Asian Culinary Classic. He consults with Hofex Singapore and Hong Kong Chefs Association, and helped their team win the gold medal in 2006. |
